Tonight was Gracepoint’s Worship night. My beautiful wife, Amy, got to help set up this event as well as perform (Keyboard / Vocals) and the entire band did an awesome job! Here are just a few shots from this wonderful night!

Hi! My name is Kevin *L* Brown and I'm a midwest based photographer. Like all other photographers on the planet, I love what I do.
I like to believe what sets me apart is my sense of humor and personality. I'm very easy going, and I think that's what seems to make all the difference.
I'm in love with my wife, my silly kids, God and movies. Yep, movies. They inspire me and I like to mix in a "cinematic" appeal to my photos when at all possible. So please feel free to poke around (subscribe to the RSS feed - if you know how to use it) :).
I use this blog-thingee as a way to share what I like and things of personal interest. Hopefully it will give you a little insight into my life which, inevitably, influences the way I use my camera. I'd LOVE to hear from you and please enjoy this Blog-a-mathingee.

I had the honor earlier this month to photograph a very lively and enjoyable family in their home. There was a very outgoing 3 year old and the sweetest little baby girl. These are just a few from their family session.

You can view their slideshow here
Daniel & Lisa were absolutely together during their session. It became apparent to me, probably half-way through their engagement session, that they most likely had forgotten that I was even there! Their love and affection filled their surroundings with no effort at all. Quite a wonderful experience! Here’s just a few images from their session.

The weather was unusually perfect for this November wedding. I was very thankful for this day as a photographer and I know Josh and Alicia felt incredibly blessed to not only be tying the knot this day, but in such a glorious sunset as well. After the ceremony we zipped on over to the Old Town Square and got some slick nightshots under the colorful backdrop. These are just a few of many photos documenting their big day. Enjoy!

Matt and Janna’s Engagement session was full of adventure and we even crashed a wedding at Terradyne by accidentally walking through their reception. oops. The photographer gave me some stink-eye. But whateva. I politely nodded and apologized as we had no clue what the event was. No bride and groom were visible. So it was fair game I suppose. We had a blast and even found a remote location in the country where these two lovebirds felt right at home.

Here are just a few portraits of a sweet young Ms. T! At first she was a wee bit cranky, but with some quick camera captures, I managed to gain her attention (some of the time) and produce some very enjoyable images for her family. Enjoy!

My friends Jon & Christy are set to become married in 2010 and it is going to be a wonderful event. I truly enjoyed watching them interact with eachother and their super sweet daughter Emma. Here are just a few shots from the day!

Bryce text messaged me about where we would begin his senior session and it was Firestation 11 in Wichita, Kansas! I was very excited to get to shoot around all these amazing vehicles and Bryce was right at home in that environment. These are just a few of the portraits taken.

I went on a photowalk with some friends yesterday and came across this sweety pie. I don’t know who he was, but he was very content to pose for some shots. If you are the owner(s) that I met yesterday, please contact me and I’ll send you the images! ![]()

That’s right. He’s back. Jimmy himself. The sweetest little ninja chipmunk ever. He has a new “door” to his house (our backyard) secured under some landscaped stones. Peeks his head up every morning, stares at nothing in particular, then fast as lightening he pounces on the acorns and stuffs his face! Makes a mad dash back to his home and does the whole thing over again. I was lucky enough to finally capture him in mid bounce-run (off the ground) with mouth packed full of winter goods!
